Hello Folks,

Clinical Documentation

Location - Noida/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

1- Must have NCLEX certified

2- Must have USRN

3- Must have 3-6 Years of experience in Clinical Documentation

4- Must have experience in Medical docs reviewer

5- Must have previously worked with Any Hospitals.

Reviewing medical records and documenting the necessary information to provide a complete analysis of the patient's status
Ensuring the accuracy of all medical documentation and establishing compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other government regulations
Communicating with other departments to correct missing or incorrect data and information
Interpreting clinical data and making sure that it's both accurate and complete by sorting and filing the required documents
Storing medical documentation and validating diagnosis codes to represent different medical disorders, diseases and symptoms
Training new staff members on different medical record-keeping policies and instructing them on how to file medical documentation and secure it properly
Entering document queries into a database and tracking reimbursements from insurance
