Role Overview:

HR Operations Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Induction

    • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new joiners, documentation, and orientation.

    • Conduct induction sessions and ensure timely joining formalities.

  • Background Verification (BGV)

    • Coordinate with third-party vendors to complete BGV for new hires.

    • Track and maintain BGV records and closure timelines.

  • Vendor Management & Payments

    • Handle HR vendor coordination, raise purchase/service requests, and ensure timely payments.

    • Maintain records of invoices and contracts with HR service providers.

  • Employee Records & File Management

    • Maintain and regularly update employee files (physical and digital).

    • Ensure compliance with internal HR audit and documentation standards.

  • Employee Support & General HR Operations

    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.

    • Support HR initiatives and events as required.
