Sr. Executive- CRM

Job Description: As a Sr. Executive CRM, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the customer relationship management system. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, generating reports, implementing sales strategies, conducting market segmentation, and overseeing project management for CRM initiatives. It is essential to be strategic and analytical in problem-solving to ensure optimal client satisfaction. In this role, you will handle tasks such as possession and handover of flats, generate MIS reports including outstanding collection estimates, and manage post-sales front-end and back-end activities from booking till possession. You will be responsible for obtaining approvals from HOD and management on new bookings, monitoring requests sent to the backend team, and ensuring timely completion with accuracy. Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring of files and records of new and old bookings, coordinate customer refunds on unit cancellations, and manage customer retention or cancellations. Developing harmonious relations with customers and handling all kinds of customer documentation like KYC and Bank documents will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, be presentable with good communication skills, and have a background in the Real Estate Industry with experience in residential/commercial projects. A solid understanding of CRM procedures in real estate, multitasking abilities, time-management skills, and the capacity to prioritize tasks are essential. A customer service attitude, along with proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel, will be beneficial for success in this position.,
