Sr. Executive-Clinical Data Management

As a Data Management professional at our company, your role will involve effectively participating in the start-up and completion of multiple Data Management projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out according to stakeholder requirements and in compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all data management aspects of assigned project(s) from setup to lock - Attend regular meetings with the project team to discuss data management issues and provide status updates - Report on quality and performance metrics to project leads and stakeholders - Participate in in-house and external training courses as required - Prepare/review Data Management process control documents such as Data Management Plan, Data Edit Checks Specification, etc. - Coordinate and manage training and EDC access for investigators, coordinators, data entry, and CRAs - Review, freeze, and/or lock data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity - Coordinate with Medical Data Reviewer and/or Medical Monitor for medical terminology coding - Maintain Data Management study documentation in an audit-ready status - Perform reconciliation against the clinical database - Identify and recommend process improvements to the management team - Present at investigator meetings and PM/CRA training sessions Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Nursing, Computer Science, or related discipline - For the Executive position, a minimum of 3 years of clinical data management experience is required - For the Sr. Executive position, a minimum of 5 years of clinical data management experience is required - Working knowledge using clinical data capture tools - Experience of leading global clinical studies is preferred Please note that this role has a global geographic scope/market and is a full-time position.
