Job Purpose The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the vendor experience across all operational areas . You will work with Vendors and E Commerce managers to ensure we have the systems, processes and information required to achieve business goals. Roles & Responsibilities Engaging in day-to-day business operations. Seller Onboarding- collections of documentation & seller agreement for registration Provides prompt and efficient service to Clients/Seller. Responsible for purchase order release, order fulfillment coordination, supply chain management. Assist in various cataloging activities. Work on vendor coordination including vendor payment resolution Resolve/Handle vendor Queries. Creating Bulk listing for all categories. Worked in MLP Creation and Image link creation Requirements 0-2 years of experience. Should Have graduation degree. Technical proficiency/Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet browsing. Good verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work rotational shifts for one week in a month.
