Job Description E-commerce Catalogue Executive Position Title: Sr Executive- E-commerce Marketplace Department: E-commerce Operations Location: Thane Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated E-commerce Catalogue Executive to manage product listings across various marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling catalog templates, executing uploads as per platform standards, and performing quality assurance for content accuracy. The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to handle large datasets, and the capacity to multitask across multiple marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: Catalogue Management & Execution - Execute e-commerce catalog uploads as per individual marketplace templates and guidelines. - Prepare and maintain listing templates with accurate product information, attributes, and compliance data. - Ensure consistency in catalog content across platforms including Amazon, Shopify Macys, Walmart, etc. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify product data, images, and descriptions. Amazon, Shopify, Target, Walmart, Macys Catalogue & Upload - Perform basic-level catalog uploads and edits on Amazon Seller Central. - Understand and work with flat file templates for bulk listing and catalog corrections. - Manage ASIN creation, variations, and catalog health improvement on Amazon. Content QA & Front-End Review - Perform front-end audits to ensure product detail pages are live, accurate, and well-structured. - Identify and correct content-related issues including missing images, titles, bullet points, or descriptions. - Collaborate with content teams to ensure adherence to marketplace content guidelines. Data Management & Reporting - Handle large data sets and maintain updated product master files. - Use advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters) for catalog status tracking and issue reporting. - Maintain catalog upload logs and generate weekly performance reports. Qualifications & Skills: Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce catalog operations. - Proficiency in Excel with hands-on experience in formulas, formatting, and large data handling. - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and basic knowledge of catalog upload process. - Self-driven, quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Preferred: - Experience working with catalog management across multiple marketplaces. - Understanding of e-commerce compliance standards and product listing policies. - Knowledge of tools or platforms used for bulk uploads and catalog monitoring.
