Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Product Support

As a dedicated team member, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing order indents to ensure accuracy and liaising with internal departments such as Technical Support to Sales (TSS) and Contract Management (CM) for indent and QCP corrections. You will play a crucial role in internal kick-off meetings by providing technical insights and addressing any technical issues that may arise. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving Pump Quality Control Plans (QCPs) submitted by TSS and CM functions promptly, within one working day. It will be your duty to verify the correctness of the Inspection class during the review process. Additionally, you will prepare and release error-free pump part lists in SAP for both standard and project pumps within specified timelines, ensuring the accuracy of technical supplements and implementing any part list changes based on revised indents and QCPs received during project execution. Creating manufacturing drawings and assembly check drawings for API and Non-API pumps will be part of your routine tasks. You will also need to revise and archive manufacturing drawings according to the defined procedure. Collaborating with the 3D modeling team by providing necessary 2D drawings and dimensional inputs, as well as participating in model checks, will be essential for generating accurate 3D models. Your role will involve resolving technical issues encountered during Assembly & Testing and on-site operations. You may need to conduct site visits in consultation with Supreme Serv and Claim Management teams to analyze critical issues and coordinate with KSB Tech and other internal functions to devise suitable solutions. Implementing order-specific development activities and analyses in coordination with KSB Tech through offer permits will also be part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating with the Nuclear Engineering team for modeling and analysis purposes. Creating pattern layout drawings and requisitions for new parts, as well as maintaining all documents in the PM&PS library, will be crucial tasks. Your active involvement in standardization efforts aimed at minimizing plant inventory by streamlining pump components across various models will be highly valued.,
