Support customer acquisition and retention by preparing marketing materials, product presentations.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to provide insights on pricing, new products, and customer expectations.Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to align marketing messages with technical capabilities and manufacturing strengths.Monitor marketing KPI and prepare report for management.RM amendment and settling RM inflation/deflation with all customers.Preparation for monthly forecast for all customers.Quote preparation & Track RFQs.
Familiar with automotive industry processes (APQP, PPAP, TS/IATF standards) is a plus.
