Job Description

Manufacturing Industry is hiring Sr. Executive- Account & Finance : Devanahalli. Bengaluru.

Position : Sr. Executive- Account & Finance

Reporting To : Sr. GM Accounts & Finance

Notice Period: 1 month

Working days : 6 days in a week

Education: CA / CMA/ M.Com

About the Role:

Senior Executive Accounts & Finance (GST)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
complete GST compliance
process for the company.
Prepare and file
monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
Perform
GST 2A / 2B reconciliation
with books of accounts and ensure timely rectifications.
Handle
GST refund claims
for trading, import, and export transactions.
Coordinate and support
GST audits
internal, statutory, and departmental.
Ensure
accurate booking and accounting
for import/export transactions under GST.
Liaise with GST consultants, statutory auditors, and government authorities for tax-related matters.
Stay updated on
GST law changes, circulars, and notifications
to ensure full compliance.
Assist in
monthly book closing
and maintain proper records of input tax credit and output tax liability.
Prepare
GST MIS reports
and present tax summaries to management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
GST Laws, Indirect Taxation, and Accounting Principles
.
Hands-on experience in
GST return filing, reconciliation, and audit handling
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
accounting software
(Tally /
SAP
/ ERP).
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
