Job Description

Manpower Handling: Manage and oversee production staff. Train, mentor, and supervise team members. Resolve manpower issues or conflicts promptly. Shift Planning : Develop and implement effective shift schedules. Ensure smooth shift transitions. Adjust plans to meet production demands. Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. Implement corrective actions for quality issues. 5S Implementation: Promote and enforce the 5S methodology. Conduct regular 5S audits and implement improvements. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Monitor and analyze OEE metrics. Implement strategies to maximize equipment utilization. Defect Reduction: Analyze production data to identify defect trends. Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
