Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Up to 5 years of total experience of which at least 3 years of relevant experience
Experienced in Tool (Mold/Jigs/SPM) design (3D and 2D) with NX (2000/2400) CAD software.
Experienced in costing of Individual Tool (Mold/Jig/SPM).
Capable for optimizing product design for smooth design, manufacturing and production of Mold.
Capable to decide number of cavities, no of HR drops, cavity layout, cooling layout & selection of right grade plastic raw materials for new product.

Capable of presenting design/costing/business case proposal for any new project.

Preferred candidate profile

BE. /B. TECH (Mechanical), Diploma (Mechanical/Tool & Die making)
