   : Collaborate with the quality team to establish process controls and standards, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards (IPC). Analyze yield of SMT processes to ensure process capabilities and throughput.

   : Provide expert technical support to resolve process-related issues on the production floor, including equipment malfunctions, material defects, and process deviations.

4. Documentation

   Reporting

   : Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and control plans. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

5. Team

   Coordination

   and

   Training

   : Provide training and technical guidance to production staff on SMT processes, equipment operation, and best practices. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

• Educational

  Background

  : A bachelors degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field is typically required. Some positions may require a master’s degree or relevant certifications.
