Sr. Engineer - Quality Control

As a QC Engineer at MIST RESSONANCE ENGINEERING PVT. LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products by thoroughly checking inward, in process, and outward material inspections at the factory or vendor places. Your responsibilities will include: - Updating the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements. - Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures. - Monitoring the entire production cycle and performing regular tests to identify potential malfunctions early on. - Identifying the root cause of technical issues and recommending appropriate fixes. - Preparing reports on malfunctions and corrective actions, such as the number of defective raw materials per order. - Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction by improving product quality. - Reviewing current blueprints and quality documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-7 years of work experience in a similar position. - Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies. - In-depth understanding of technical documentation. - Familiarity with statistical analysis. - Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Team spirit, good analytical skills, and a degree in Mechanical engineering. The desired candidate profile includes: - Male candidates with previous experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related role. - Basic qualification of a degree in Mechanical engineering.
