Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Familiar with Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers and Piping inspections and documentation.
ASNT NDT (PT, RT, MT, UT, VT) Level II certification.
ASME U stamp shop work experience is a must.
Welding inspection techniques, Preparation and approval of WPS, PQR, WPQ, Preparation of Weld maps and Weld Test Plans (WTP) are mandatory.
Knowledge of Welding and cutting processes, PWHT cycle, Welding techniques, and welding sequencing is desired.
Knowledge of ASME, AWS and EN codes is desired.
Knowledge about quality Procedures
Inhouse & Outside Inspection & expediting at vendor place
Offering the equipment/s for TPIA/Client inspection and testing.
Customer complaint
EN 9712 VT Level 2 will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

AWS-CWI/ IWE certification is mandatory
Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, EIL, EN, IS-codes, etc.
