Sr Engineer - QA

You will work as a Quality Engineer / Sr. Engineer in the Quality Assurance Department with the following capabilities: - IGI (In-coming Goods Inspection) - IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) - FQA (Final Quality Assurance) - OBA (Out Box Audit) - PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspections) - New parts Qualifications and validations - New process validations - QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) - Quality Control Plans - Documentation as per AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the product is inspected and tested according to the defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Control Plans. - Preparation of Quality control plans, Quality Process Flow charts, and Work Inspections as per customer requirements. - Preparation of daily Quality reports and sharing them with the Cross Functional Team. - Conducting effective root cause analysis and corrective Actions and Effectiveness verification. - Demonstrating proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance. - Utilizing strong quality assurance system knowledge and experience. - Collaborating with Production, Process, and Design teams to reduce Production line rejections and improve First Pass Yield. - Working with R&D team to define Quality assurance plans, CTQ, and Testing parameters for better Quality assurance and controls on the Production shopfloor. - Validating new products as per defined Product Specifications. - Preparing Quality-related documents, checklists to meet AS9100 and ISO9001 standards and customer compliance. - Conducting Production line audits to ensure compliance with defined process flow charts, Operator skill matrix, and all other requirements. - Implementing and verifying ECN / ECO area implementation on the product with traceability for all changes. - Ensuring proper Work Instructions, records, certifications, SOP, Internal audits, and Operator trainings are in place as required and continuously improving them. - Collaborating with Filed Failure Root Cause Analysis team to analyze field rejections and implement preventive actions on the shopfloor to avoid repeat failures in the field. - Establishing document controls to conform to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards and working on new standards implementation on the shop-floor.
