1. Developing and implementing paint shop processes and procedures to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in terms of surface preparation, application, and finishing. 2. Coordinating with engineering and quality teams to determine the required specifications for paint and surface preparation. 3. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations governing paint shop operations. 4. Overseeing the preparation and painting of leaf springs to meet customer requirements and quality standards. 5. Maintaining accurate records of paint shop activities, including material usage, labor, and equipment maintenance. 6. Managing and training paint shop staff to ensure that they are competent and capable of performing their roles. 7 Monitoring and maintaining equipment and inventory levels to ensure that paint shop operations are efficient and effective. 8. Troubleshooting any issues related to paint quality or equipment malfunctions. 9. Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure that painted products meet required specifications and quality standards.
