Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.

Quality Control:

Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, and logistics) for seamless operations.
Act as a point of contact between production and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
