1. Immediate response to breakdowns.
2. Capable of diagnosing the faults.
3. Repairing machines & equipments.
4. Knowledge about hydraulics & pneumatics i.e. reading of ckt diagrams, fault diagnosis & corrective actions further.
5. Practical knowledge about m/c geometry, how to measure the geometry & correction accordingly.
6. Breakdown maintenance, Predictive, TBM/CBM & TPM.
7. Awareness about 5'S and KAIZEN, CIP, why why analysis etc.
8. He must have Basic electrical knowledge.
9. Awareness about maint. Department targets — MTTR, MTBF & % BD etc.
10. An ability to work individually in any shift.
11. Practical Knowledge about Bearings & it's application & pre-loading.
12. Practical Knowledge about Balls crew, ball screw support bearings, LM Guideways etc.
13. Deep knowledge about hyd- Components — PRV, DCV, Accumulators, Cylinders, Pumps, Servo Proportional valves etc.
14. Knowledge about HMC(MAZAK/MORI SEIKI/BFW), VMC(PINNACLE/BFW/HART GPM & Grinding Machines.
15. Practical Knowledge about ATC/APC/Magazine and strong ability to resolve the related issues.
16. Knowledge about Spindles — Health check-up, monitoring the life, lubrication etc.
17, He should well aware about industrial safety.
18. Awareness about ISO-TS 16949, ISO 1400, EHS Management system etc. 19, Good verbai & written ccmmunication skill to interact with other departments.
20, Team working skill.
21, Basic computer knowledge.
22, Well aware about critical spares of machines — maintain the stock, create PR etc. knowledge about Engineering Drawing.
Knowledge about SAP system.
Ability to work with heavy equipments.
