Sr Engineer Maintenance

Job Description

A. Exposure / Hands on Experience Technical

1. Robotic Paint shop and Powder booth, Conveyor, oven, PT, burner, Automation.
2. PLC and HMI Programming (Mitsubishi PLC Q series, FX Series, R series and Omron PLC )
3. Robotic Knowledge ( Mitsubishi SCARA Robot / Kawasaki Manipulator Robot).
4. Automation in Assembly & Paint Shop.
5. Smart Manufacturing, MES, EMS, IOT, Machine Integration.
6. Repair and Maintenance of motor control System, PLC S, and variable frequency drives.
7. Upkeeping of AMRs & Material Handling Equipment s.
8. Plant Maintenance, Utility maintenance DG, HT/LT system Sub-station, Compressors, ETP, STP, Air washers etc.
9. Knowledge of TBM and CBM activities of Equipment s, PM planning & execution, Why-why analysis of major breakdowns, Training & developing the team members, Ensure safety standards in working.
10. Knowledge of AMR and AGV S .

B. Breakdown Maintenance

1. Attending Equipment Breakdown & restoration
2. Happened cases, Why-Why analysis Root cause analysis.
3. Planning & execution of countermeasures on happened breakdowns.
4. Horizontal deployment of countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
5. Maintaining equipment wise breakdown history.
6. MTTR Kaizens for time consuming Breakdown.
7. Achieve & sustain zero breakdown

Preventive Maintenance

1. Preparation & execution of PM check sheet & schedule for Production / Utility equipment.
2. PM check sheet with Inspection & repair (IR), Time based Maintenance (TBM- replacement), Condition based maintenance (CBM) points.
3. Recording equipment-wise abnormalities.
4. Planning & execution of PM abnormality restoration.
5. Planning & execution of countermeasures on PM abnormalities.
6. Horizontal deployment of PM countermeasures on same / similar equipment / stages.
7. Planning & execution of life enhancement (MTBF) Kaizen.
