Job Description

Good Knowledge of Machining Components. Good Knowledge Plastic Components and Automotive Interiors and exterior trim Knowledge in Injection moulding process. Have a working knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes Experience in DFM design, mould design. Knowledge of engineering process and product development life cycle. Prepare conceptual sketches of new system considering the relations between components, functional requirements, allocation of space and component geometry. Develops designs for form/fit/function to meet customer and design criteria. Ability to specify realistic tolerances using GD&T and machining symbols. Be proficient in surface design, part modelling, assembly design and drafting in SolidWorks Ensures adherence to program schedule Strong problem-solving attitude Excellent personal organization, ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks. CAD software knowledge: SolidWorks and UG NX Knowledge in Catia Added Advantage
