You must have a thorough understanding of communication protocols like CAN, UART, and SPI. Expertise in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or equivalent is required. A solid understanding of BMS design principles, including battery chemistry, SOC estimation, and protection mechanisms is essential. Knowledge of energy storage industry standards and safety regulations is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
