Job Description

Conduct dimensional inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
Execute Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques including Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Radiographic Testing (RT) as required.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, GAD s, ASME, PED standards, and fabrication specifications.
Document inspection reports, noting deviations, NCRs, and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to address dimensional or NDT-related quality concerns during in-process and final inspections.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support quality audits and compliance requirements (ISO, ASME, etc.).
