Sr Engineer / Engineer Production

As a Sr Engineer/Engineer - Production at our plant located in Muval, Padra Taluka, Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, storage tanks, and piping. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a full-time bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering, or a Diploma in Fabrication Technology from Sir BPTI Polytechnic, Bhavnagar, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production shop specializing in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, and similar equipment. Your responsibilities will include hands-on tasks such as plate rolling, edge preparation, fit-up, and various welding techniques including arc, tig, CO2, and SAW. While knowledge of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), hydro testing, and experience with carbon steel and various grades of stainless steels is required, familiarity with reading technical drawings, strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should possess shop floor experience and demonstrate a deep understanding of the fabrication processes involved in the production of static equipment. Candidates with a background in site fabrication or construction will not be considered for this position.
