We are seeking a dedicated individual with a full-time bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering, or a Diploma in Fabrication Technology from Sir BPTI Polytechnic, Bhavnagar, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production shop specializing in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, and similar equipment. Your responsibilities will include hands-on tasks such as plate rolling, edge preparation, fit-up, and various welding techniques including arc, tig, CO2, and SAW. While knowledge of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), hydro testing, and experience with carbon steel and various grades of stainless steels is required, familiarity with reading technical drawings, strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
