Sr Engineer- Electrical Maintenance

As an experienced professional in the automotive and motor manufacturing industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment at Brose. Your main responsibilities will include: - Attending daily breakdowns during shift work and conducting root cause analysis using various analysis tools. - Updating and maintaining a detailed history of daily breakdowns to track trends and identify areas for improvement. - Providing support to the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team by observing and recording repetitive breakdowns. - Engaging in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities such as Jishu Hozen (JH) and Planned Maintenance (PM) to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Managing the standardization and inventory of spare parts to streamline maintenance processes. - Identifying and addressing repetitive failures to reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability. - Collaborating with the team for machine upgrades and modifications with the latest technologies. - Demonstrating knowledge in key metrics such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), OEE, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-yoke. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - Previous experience in Automotive and motor manufacturing industries, particularly in assembly line operations. - Educational background in DEE/BE-Electrical or Electronics. - 4-6 years of relevant experience.
