Sr Engineer- Electrical Maintenance

As an Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in Automotive and motor manufacturing industries, your role at Brose will involve attending daily breakdowns in shifts, conducting root cause analysis using various tools, maintaining breakdown history, supporting the Preventive Maintenance (PM) team, and engaging in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to enhance Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). You will also be responsible for standardizing spare parts, reducing maintenance costs by identifying repetitive failures, and upgrading machines with new technologies. Familiarity with terms such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-yoke will be essential for this role.
