Sr. Engineer Application - Robotic

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the requirements of the customers and proposing solutions to the sales team for promoting Staubli Robot products. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of various projects in different industries and market segments by integrating robots into fully automated systems and providing remote technical support. You will also conduct programming and teaching trainings for Staubli customers, assist customers with the use, programming, and integration of Staubli Robots, promote software solutions, follow up on automation projects, and participate in exhibitions. Regular communication with Staubli Headquarters and reporting to the Local Manager will be essential parts of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Propose solutions for integrating robots into fully automated systems with automation components - Provide remote technical support to customers through various communication mediums - Conduct programming and teaching trainings for Staubli customers - Assist customers with the use, programming, and integration of Staubli Robots onsite or offsite - Promote and support software solutions - Follow up on automation projects and customers - Participate in the design and implementation of demonstration systems and automation-related exhibitions - Regularly communicate with Staubli Headquarters and participate in the application hotline - Update the Local Manager on status and availability - Complete detailed Field Service reports for each customer call and document application interventions in CRM - Achieve assigned Application revenue and generate revenue through sales of Training contracts with customers - Work on Service CRM and update activities/opportunities/Service requests in CRM portal Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in robotics or industrial automation industry with previous programming PLC/Robot experience - B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or NTTF - Willingness to travel 60-70% across India for programming robots onsite and training Additional Company Details: - Competencies required include technical skills such as experience with programming languages, basic mechanics, automation concepts, industrial electrical concepts, basic electronics, sensors and actuators technologies, and knowledge of standard and industrial networking protocols - Behavioral competencies include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, logical problem-solving abilities, outgoing and service-minded attitude, flexibility, ability to collaborate with internal teams, strong organizational skills, high standard of service and support, self-starter mindset, strong business acumen, proficiency in multiple languages including Indian languages, English, and Hindi, and willingness to travel extensively for service.,
