As a Senior Engineer Application - Robotics at Staubli, your role will involve providing solutions for integrating Staubli Robots into fully automated systems and contributing to the success of projects in various industries. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, proposing solutions to customers, providing remote technical support, offering programming and teaching trainings, assisting customers with the use and integration of Staubli Robots, promoting software solutions, following up on automation projects, and participating in exhibitions and demonstrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving assigned Application revenue, updating activities in CRM, and traveling across India for programming Robots at site & training. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand customer requirements and propose solutions to promote Staubli Robot products - Integrate robots into fully automated systems with automation components - Provide remote technical support and programming and teaching trainings to customers - Assist customers with the use, programming, and integration of Staubli Robots - Promote and support software solutions and follow up on automation projects - Participate in exhibitions, communicate with Staubli Headquarters, and update status to the Local Manager - Complete detailed Field Service reports and generate revenue through sales of Training contracts - Work on Service CRM and update activities/opportunities/Service requests in CRM portal **Qualifications:** - B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, NTTF - 6-8 years of experience in robotics or industrial automation industry - Previous Programming PLC/Robot experience required In this role, you will need technical competencies such as experience with programming languages (C/C++, Python), basic mechanics, automation concepts, industrial electrical concepts, basic electronics, sensors and actuators technologies, and knowledge of standard networking protocols. Additionally, behavioral competencies like excellent communication skills, logical problem-solving abilities, flexibility, collaboration skills, organization, initiative, and proficiency in multiple languages will be essential for success in this position.,
