Production Operator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the production, quality, and EHS aspects of the job. Your role will involve executing machine operations, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to EHS policies. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Execute machine operations following work instructions and supervisor guidance - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines/tools/jigs/fixtures - Operate electro-mechanical or automated assembly machines - Maintain quality standards by identifying non-conforming items and working with the quality team on corrective measures - Adhere to EHS policies and use personal protective equipment - Coordinate inventory verification and participate in continuous improvement activities - Demonstrate discipline and punctuality in shop floor operations Qualifications: - Diploma in Mechatronics from NTTF/GTTC or any reputed institute - Apprentice ship trained personnel desirable Additional Details: Stubli Tec Systems India, established in 2012 and headquartered in Bangalore with an office in Gurgaon, is a rapidly growing company focused on innovation and technology.
