Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Verification at Micron Technology, your role will involve contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. Your responsibilities will also include parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, tape-out revisions, overseeing and managing the layout process, floor-planning, placement, routing, and performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators. Additionally, you will contribute to cross-group communication, work towards standardization and group success, collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of the product, proactively seek guidance from different groups to enhance design quality, and drive innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Memory/Logic/Analog circuit design and verification - Strong knowledge of parasitic modeling and design validation - Proficiency in layout processes including floor-planning, placement, and routing - Hands-on experience with industry standard simulators for modeling and simulation - Excellent communication skills for cross-group collaboration and standardization efforts - Ability to work effectively with various departments to ensure product manufacturability - Proactive mindset in seeking guidance for design quality improvement - Passion for driving innovation in future Memory generations Micron Technology, Inc. is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, focused on transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
