Sr. Electrical Engineer

As a Sr. Electrical / Specialist Engineer at Hatch in Gurgaon/ Gurugram, India, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Prepare technical documentation for project execution under the approval of the Lead Electrical Engineer, including design criteria, calculations, system studies, specifications, SLDs, grounding/lightning/lighting design, lists & schedules, data sheets, package engineering, vendor drawing review, and as-built documentation. - Develop engineering deliverables based on global codes and standards, leading a team to produce Electrical Deliverables such as Standard Schematics, Cable Schedules, SLDs, MCCs & DBs, Load Lists, Termination schedules, and MTO using tools like ETAP and other analysis software. - Provide input to intra/inter discipline to meet project objectives, review vendor/shop drawings, and manage the progress of engineering work according to project scope, schedule, and procedures. - Assist the Lead Electrical Engineer in delivering project requirements, monitoring progress, conducting quality audits, and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination. Qualifications required for this role: - 12 to 18 years of strong Electrical Design and Engineering experience. - Experience in handling Electrical Engineering deliverables independently, leading a team, and conducting system studies, equipment sizing calcs, substation design, grounding, lightning, package engineering, SLD, lists, schedules, layout, and physical design. - Proficiency in major codes, standards, and global projects, as well as expertise in ETAP and other analysis software.
