Sr. Education Sales Counselor- Chennai

The job involves achieving sales and delivery targets. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the center to ensure consistent performance and profitability. Counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries and providing proper guidance on courses and products will be a key part of your role. You will also be required to make calls to applicants who inquire through various sources like Google AdWords and other portals. It will be your responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes for efficient operations at the center. You will play a crucial role in promoting a consistent customer experience that aligns with the overall brand experience. Coordination with faculty members to ensure smooth functioning of classes is also part of the job. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in counseling and sales, preferably in the education sector with a focus on overseas education. We are looking for individuals who are innovative, goal-oriented, possess strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The work schedule for this position is 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.,
