We focus on custom manufacturing rugs for high-end interior designers, design firms, and mass public buyers. Your role in our team will involve playing a crucial part in our export operations to countries like the USA, UK, UAE, and parts of the EU. - Generate essential export documents including invoices, packing lists, and custom documents. - Ensure checklist approvals and handle shipping bills, AWB/BL. - Book courier packages using services such as Fedex and DHL. Your expertise will be essential in efficiently managing post-shipment document submissions to banks, handling overseas remittances in compliance with banking regulations, and ensuring proper invoice control and reconciliation. You will also manage drawbacks and GST credits from customs, as well as RODTEP-related tasks. To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. Prior experience in international shipping and logistics is advantageous, along with a good understanding of customs regulations and export compliances. Proficiency in tools like Google Drive and MS Office is expected.
