Role Overview: Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a leader to establish, scale, and lead the new India-based Global Services Center of Excellence (CoE). As the leader, you will be responsible for building an exceptional offshore delivery team proficient in implementing Observability, Search, and Security engagements globally. Your focus will be on elevating technical delivery capabilities, ensuring solution quality, and accelerating time-to-value for customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the CoE's technical vision aligned with Elastic's product roadmap and global services objectives. - Drive adoption of standard processes for Elastic Stack implementations focusing on performance, scalability, and security. - Lead technical evolution of offshore delivery, promoting innovative solutions, automation, and expertise in Elastic's offerings. - Establish and enforce meticulous technical delivery methodologies and quality standards for all CoE engagements. - Lead technical architecture and delivery of complex Elastic solutions ensuring high performance and customer-centric outcomes. - Build and lead specialized delivery teams focused on Observability, Enterprise Search, and Security solutions. - Implement "follow-the-sun" models for continuous technical support for global customers. - Develop a multi-year plan to attract, hire, and nurture Elastic engineers, architects, and consultants. - Foster a high-performance technical culture emphasizing continuous learning and deep expertise in Elastic technologies. - Champion the development and adoption of technical accelerators, automation tools, and reference architectures. - Collaborate with Elastic's Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture teams to align technical capabilities with product evolution. - Manage the CoE's technical budget and track key technical performance indicators. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years in professional services delivery leadership with experience running large-scale offshore technical operations. - Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack and its application in Observability, Enterprise Search, and Security domains. - Strong track record of managing technical teams across multiple geographies. - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies in Elastic deployments. - Exceptional technical leadership, strategic technical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred). - Relevant certifications in Elastic Stack, cloud platforms, or specific technical domains are highly valued.
