Sr. Designer with Sales

Key Responsibilities:Design & Project Management:

• Understand client requirements, budget, and lifestyle to deliver personalized interior design solutions.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and 2D/3D presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality finishes and detailing.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and product innovations.

Sales & Client Conversion:

• Handle client walk-ins and leads generated through marketing.
• Conduct client meetings, understand needs, pitch design ideas, and convert into confirmed projects.
• Prepare and present quotations, design proposals, and scope of work.
• Follow up with leads, provide site visits, and close deals with strong negotiation.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.

Team Coordination & Reporting:

• Guide junior designers and draftsmen on project deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and execution teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales and design progress.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior design with proven sales conversion skills
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus
• Sales Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, and closing ability
• Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, detail-oriented, strong visual sense, team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,957.36 - ₹70,207.64 per month
