Membrane Machine Operator

Job Description: As an experienced operator in the modular and panel processing industry, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring membrane press machines to manufacture furniture components like shutters and doors. Your primary duties will include ensuring the correct settings for temperature, pressure, and cycle timing based on product specifications, conducting daily machine start-up checks, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team. Additionally, you will be inspecting finished products for quality and defects, maintaining cleanliness in the machine area, recording daily production data and downtime, and coordinating with the production and QC teams for an efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor membrane press machines for furniture components such as shutters and doors. - Ensure correct settings for temperature, pressure, and cycle timing based on product specifications. - Conduct daily machine start-up checks and report issues to maintenance. - Inspect finished products for quality and defects, ensuring adherence to design and finish standards. - Maintain cleanliness and order in the machine area. - Record daily production data and downtime. - Coordinate with the production and QC teams for efficient workflow. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating a membrane press machine. - Understanding of machine settings, vacuum press operations, and related safety protocols. - Knowledge of PVC foil application, base preparation, and finishing standards. - Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. - Physically fit and able to work long shifts if required.
