Membrane Machine Operator

Job Description: You will be responsible for operating and monitoring membrane press machines for furniture components such as shutters and doors. This includes ensuring correct settings for temperature, pressure, and cycle timing based on product specifications. You will need to conduct daily machine start-up checks, report any issues to maintenance, and inspect finished products for quality and defects to ensure adherence to design and finish standards. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and order in the machine area, recording daily production data and downtime, and coordinating with the production and QC teams for efficient workflow are key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating a membrane press machine. - Understanding of machine settings, vacuum press operations, and related safety protocols. - Knowledge of PVC foil application, base preparation, and finishing standards. - Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. - Must be physically fit and able to work long shifts if required. Note: This job is full-time with Provident Fund benefits and requires in-person work at the specified location.
