Sr Designer Creative Lead

As a Creative Design Specialist III, you will play an important role in creating eye-catching designs that meet brand guidelines. Your main responsibilities include designing and producing complex digital and print assets for internal and external purposes. You will transform information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to solicit input, respond to feedback, lead schedules and production milestones, and contribute to the creation of new brand guidelines. - Create and produce complex designs and visual elements for digital channels, print materials, and multimedia assets. - Provide leadership in building and maintaining the company brand through design. - Collaborate with design leads, motion graphics artists, and video editors to handle production artwork and asset management tasks. - Manage workload, project tasks, and media assets to ensure the currency of team databases, processes, and storage systems. - Define and deliver designs that engage customers using current creative trends and new technologies. - Act as a subject matter expert for the design team and mentor team members. - Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. - Perform any other duties as assigned.
