Job Title: Architect & 3D Visualizer (Corporate Interiors)

Location: Prabhat road, Pune
Experience Required: 3–4 years in corporate interior projects

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile professional who can take on a dual role of Architect & 3D Visualizer to strengthen our design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in architectural design, space planning, and detailing while also being adept at producing high-quality 3D visuals that bring corporate interior concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop corporate interior projects from ideation to execution.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings aligned with project requirements.
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with project managers, design heads, and clients to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
• Ensure material, finishes, and specifications are practical and cost-effective for turnkey delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Stay updated with trends in workplace design, ergonomics, and modern visualization techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of corporate interior design & detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/V-Ray/Photoshop, Lumion (or equivalent).
• Strong design presentation and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and project budgets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Proven experience in corporate interiors is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Erandwane, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
