we are hiring for Grace Staffing Services – Thane Branch

Position: Sr. Debt Recovery Specialist- International US based Voice Process(Credit Cards)
Work Timing: US Shift (Night Shift)
Week Off: First Party Collections it will be 2 rotational Off mostly fixed shifts & weekend.

Location: Applicants must be residents of Mumbai Only. (see “Boundary” details below).

Job Description

You will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue credit card payments, providing payment reminders, guiding customers through the payment process, assisting with their queries, and recovering debts. Your role is critical in maintaining client relationships while ensuring efficient and courteous debt collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound reminder calls regarding outstanding payments.
• Guide customers through the payment process and address their queries.
• Follow up to ensure timely debt recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Adhere to company policies for customer service.
• Meet daily and weekly collection targets.
• Communicate professionally and courteously at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
• Graduate & SSC with 1 year of International BPO experience (mandatory for the Debt Recovery Specialist role).
• Graduate freshers are eligible only for First Party Collections (FPC).
• Experience:
• No domestic (Indian) experience will be considered.
• Only Mumbai residents will be considered.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and night shift.
• Work Timings:
• Must be ready to work the US shift (night shift) in a voice process.
• Shift flexibility is required.
