Senior DS Role
Key Responsibilities
Build ML/DL models for propensity prediction and optimization.
Apply Explainable AI (SHAP, LIME) for model transparency.
Design and analyze A/B tests; contribute to uplift modelling.
Implement data pipelines and use MLflow for tracking and DVC for versioning.
Deploy models with CI/CD; monitor drift and performance.
Communicate insights through clear data storytelling.
Required Skills
5 7 years in Data Science with production experience.
Python, SQL; ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Distributed computing (Spark/Ray), cloud ML platforms.
MLOps basics: MLflow, feature stores, monitoring.
Explainability: SHAP, LIME.
Experimentation: A/B testing, uplift modelling. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
