Sr. Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for real-world applications. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Large Language Models, Transformer architectures, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to build, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize state-of-the-art solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models such as Large Language Models, NLP pipelines, CV models, and RL algorithms. - Research, prototype, and implement solutions using transformer-based architectures like BERT, GPT, and LLaMA. - Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and fine-tuning/transfer learning techniques. - Utilize vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus for scalable knowledge retrieval. - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production using MLOps frameworks such as MLflow and Kubeflow. - Deploy models on cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML. - Explore and leverage APIs/frameworks from Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and more. - Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring. - Stay abreast of the latest GenAI, ML, and DL research trends to bring innovative ideas for solving business challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Programming & Data: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. - ML/DL Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM. - GenAI/NLP Tools: Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. - Vector Databases: Knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus. - MLOps & Deployment: Hands-on experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure ML. - AI/ML Concepts: Strong grasp of Generative AI, NLP, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, RAG, and Prompt Engineering. - Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts. Nice to Have: - Experience in fine-tuning domain-specific Large Language Models. - Knowledge of multi-modal models encompassing text, image, and audio. - Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. - Published research papers or patents in the AI/ML/GenAI domain.
