Sr. Data Scientist

As a Systems Analyst and Programmer, your role involves instructing, directing, and overseeing the work of other team members. You will be responsible for formulating system scope and objectives, devising procedures to solve complex problems, and preparing detailed specifications for program development. Your duties will include program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You must have a comprehensive technical understanding of applications systems analysis and programming, as well as a good grasp of the business or function for which the application is designed. Additionally, you will be accountable for quality assurance reviews, directing team members, and ensuring project completion and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customers" technical needs and develop proposals for integrating the organization's products and services with the customers" existing systems. - Develop and deliver sales presentations and address complex technical questions about the organization's products. - Estimate costs, resources, time, and technical requirements for modifying and installing products to meet customer needs. - Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure products are tailored to customer requirements. - Provide training to customers on the features of purchased products. - Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during or after implementation. - Coach and mentor junior engineers, ensuring the quality of their work and assisting in problem resolution.
