Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement and support the Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners. - Serve as the single point of contact for all client queries. - Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales, and other functional groups to ensure client satisfaction. - Manage Account Management activities and support clients effectively. - Develop long-term and short-term growth strategies for the accounts. - Participate in internal planning activities, develop schedules, and align resources for projects and support. - Provide a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider. - Identify opportunities for automation to enhance client service experience. - Respond to customer queries, communicate Safetrax's value proposition, and negotiate deals successfully. - Address client needs within defined turnaround time. Knowledge & Experience: - Bachelor's degree with demonstrated Account/Service Management experience. - Experience in Information Technology. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. - Aptitude for learning new technologies and processes to apply them in a customer-facing environment. - Understanding of technical risks and supportability parameters. - Strong decision-making skills and ability to drive new best practices. - Relationship management skills to farm the account effectively.
