Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sr. Counselor Canada. The Sr. Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the application process for Canadian educational institutions. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, evaluating student profiles, suggesting suitable programs, assisting with application preparation, and providing information on Canadian education. The Sr. Counselor will also liaise with educational institutions and provide excellent customer service to potential students.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Canadian education system, including institutions and programs
• Experience in academic counseling and advising
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to evaluate student profiles and match them with suitable programs
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing applications and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is desirable
