Sr. Counselor Canada

In this role as a Sr. Counselor Canada at Canam, a leading international education consulting company, located in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for guiding students through the application process for Canadian educational institutions. Your daily tasks will include conducting consultations, evaluating student profiles, suggesting suitable programs, assisting with application preparation, and providing information on Canadian education. Additionally, you will liaise with educational institutions and offer excellent customer service to potential students. Key Responsibilities: - Guide students through the application process for Canadian educational institutions - Conduct consultations and evaluate student profiles - Suggest suitable programs based on student's aspirations and potential - Assist students with application preparation - Provide detailed information on Canadian education system and institutions - Liaise with educational institutions to ensure a smooth application process - Deliver excellent customer service to potential students Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the Canadian education system, including institutions and programs - Experience in academic counseling and advising - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Ability to evaluate student profiles and match them with suitable programs - Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing applications and documentation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; advanced degree is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is desirable,
