Sr Corporate Counsel

You will be responsible for providing support to Wipro's Immigration and Compliance attorneys by performing legal assignments under their supervision. Your tasks will include collecting and analyzing information and documents from internal clients, reviewing and designing immigration-related processes to ensure compliance with Global requirements, conducting compliance-related research and analysis on Global immigration matters, investigating, compiling, and summarizing data, as well as maintaining and updating databases. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to Immigration and Compliance attorneys - Perform legal assignments under attorney supervision - Collect and analyze information and documents from internal clients - Review and design immigration related process to ensure compliance with Global requirements - Conduct compliance related research and analysis on Global immigration matters - Investigate, compile, and summarize data - Maintain and update databases Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in US, Canada, and/or Global Immigration, focusing on compliance - Experience in preparing US visa submissions including H-1B, TN, L-1A, and L-1B applications - Understanding of B-1 and I-9 compliance - Exceptional communication skills - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint - Experience with immigration case management systems, including Guardian Please note that applications from people with disabilities are explicitly welcome.,
