Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sr. Coordinator MEP located in Pune. The Sr. Coordinator MEP will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of the project. Daily tasks include managing MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building services standards, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project planning, and collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution of MEP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• 8-10 Years of Work Experience (Preferably on Construction Site or worked with Consultants)
• Immediate Joiner
• Experience in MEP Coordination and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Knowledge of Building Services and Plumbing
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Relevant certifications in MEP and BIM are a plus
