Sr. Consultant - Workforce Management

As a Workforce Management Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing the implementation of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions for clients. Your responsibilities will include gathering client requirements, configuring WFS modules like Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Integrations, as well as providing ongoing support and project management. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - **Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:** - Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements. - Translate client requirements into WFS configurations. - **WFS Configuration & Customization:** - Configure the WFS suite using tools like JavaScript and HTML. - **Project Management:** - Manage small to mid-sized projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. - **Testing & Troubleshooting:** - Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support data migration activities. - **Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer:** - Guide junior consultants, provide training and support, and share knowledge with the team. - **Collaboration & Communication:** - Work with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementations. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify opportunities to enhance WFS solutions and participate in process improvement initiatives. **Required Skills & Experience:** - **Strong Functional and Technical Expertise:** - In-depth understanding of Workforce Software modules, configurations, and integrations. - **Proficiency in WFS Configuration Tools:** - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and other scripting tools for customization. - **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and present solutions. - **Project Management Skills:** - Experience in managing projects from planning to execution. - **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Abilities:** - Experience in resolving technical and functional issues. - **Knowledge of HCM Processes:** - Understanding of HR processes, particularly Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management. - **Experience with ERP/HCM Integrations:** - Understanding of how WFS integrates with other enterprise systems. - **Mentoring and Leadership Skills:** - Ability to guide and mentor junior consultants.
