Job Description

We are looking forward to hire SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) Professionals in the following areas : Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP and well-versed in S4 HANA, Fiori with good analytical skills along with domain experience in manufacturing industry,With strong experience in MRP Should have worked as end-to-end SAP Functional Solution architect for at least 4 Projects. Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas: Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups o Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition o Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing Should be able to design and configure the processes in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Industry and Repetitive Manufacturing. Should be able to design and configure Demand Management, MRP and Shop floor control process and able to design and configure the processes in Inspection Planning, Results processing, Certificate management, Notifications, Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities. Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool and strong Knowledge on the RICEFW objects Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes. Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions Excellent Client interaction, communication and Documentation skills.
